Pava Logistics Inc provides freight transportation services including but not limited to dry van, flatbed, and intermodal shipping across the continental United States. All services are subject to availability and our standard operating procedures.
- Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual shipment details, fuel surcharges, and accessorial charges.
- Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
- All shipments are subject to federal and state regulations, including FMCSA guidelines.
3. Booking and Payment
By requesting a shipment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about cargo weight, dimensions, and contents.
- Ensure cargo is properly packaged and ready for transport at the agreed pickup time.
- Pay all invoiced charges within the agreed payment terms (typically Net 30).
- Notify us immediately of any hazardous materials or special handling requirements.
4. Liability and Claims
Pava Logistics Inc carries cargo insurance in accordance with FMCSA requirements. Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to:
- The lesser of the actual value of the goods or the declared value at time of shipment.
- Claims must be filed in writing within 9 months of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).
- We are not liable for damage caused by acts of God, shipper negligence, inherent defects in cargo, or authority of law.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Undeclared hazardous materials
- Live animals (unless specifically arranged)
- Currency, precious metals, or jewelry without prior arrangement and declared value
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website by:
- Submitting false or misleading information in forms
- Attempting to access restricted areas or systems
- Using automated tools to scrape content without permission
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pava Logistics Inc and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Indemnification
